Deboning Tape & Foam Tape

Applications:
Paper Backed Debonding Tape is placed in the final cut joint of concrete pavement before placing of sealant. It imparts shape to the sealant body and prevents three point adhesion.

Through our in depth experience in concrete pavement joint cutting and sealing works we have found that usage of paper backed debonding strips results in better performance of sealant in joints and also is cheaper than EPE foam backer rods.

Features :
• Closed cell hence negligible water/ water vapour absorption • Compressible & flexible
• Excellent chemical resistance - Inert to most acids and alkalis
• Non-staining
Applicaton :
• Bond breaker between any cold applied sealant and fourth surface in contraction / expansion joints
• Back-up to cold applied sealants (typical in concrete roads)
